Hello it has been yet another great weekend and I'M SO HAPPY MONDAY IS A HOLIDAY so I've had enough time to be happening but also unwind from all the excitement 🎉 plus can I just say I super love short weeks hehe Started the weekend off with brunch at Clinton Street Bakery!! Wanted a fried chicken platter but Bratty is still recovering from his flu so we got huevos rancheros. I thought myself 'what a BORING choice' hahaha but it was GREAT. The salsa was so fresh and tangy!! And it went super well with the guac and sour cream and eggs. If I'm having a vegetarian day I think I would choose this in a heartbeat! The last time I came I had blueberry pancakes so we decided to try something new! Haha I'll admit when I first saw this I was like HUH I'm paying 21 bucks for this but I don't even get a WHOLE BANANA? BUT HEY there was banana between the layers too! Ugh as you already know, the pancakes here are so ridiculously good! Esp when
