The Great Singapore Brew-Off

The Great Singapore Brew-Off is a homebrew competition organised by the BJCP beer-judging community in Singapore. Homebrewers will be battling it out across 9 competition categories, and the overall winner gets to brew a batch of beer with Archipelago Brewery. The judging session is a private event, while the public is invited to join the afterparty where the results will be announced.

If you're a homebrewer or a beer enthusiast, come down to Freehouse and have a chat with beginner and seasoned homebrewers while sampling two of the special beers on tap!

Featured Beers on Tap: 

1. Dank You All For Coming

A tribute to all the hopheads out there, this Imperial Amber IPA is crammed with three types of hop products - extract, pellets (Columbus, Mosaic, Simcoe, Centennial), and hash.

2. Happy Belly

This crowd-pleaser is a hoppy Sour Ale bursting with fresh and tangy mango and passionfruit flavours.

Beer aficionados can also look out for local homebrew legend and Brewlander's head brewer, John Wei, who will be answering questions from the public about his journey from home-brewer to pro-brewer at 7pm.

Results of The Great Singapore Brew-Off will then be announced at 8pm.
